There is a big difference between hiring me, an independent Personal Trainer, and using a staff trainer at a local gym. Staff trainers will set you up on a generic, one size fits all, exercise program. That’s not real personal training. Choosing me as your trainer is a better idea. I will work with you personally, daily and weekly to create the best workout /nutrition plan specifically tailored to your individual Goals, fitness level and needs. With me as your Trainer, you will receive intensive and progressive training, nutrition counseling, and encouragement every step of the way. I’m always here for you.
