Call Me

My private, in person personal training sessions follow my own techniques and philosophy. You’ll train like you’ve never trained before and your results will be fast and long lasting. My mission from the beginning will be to develop an intimate understanding of you, the whole person, and to transcend your current level of fitness, to target your specific needs and achieve your goals. I am a fitness professional with well over 15 years of personal one-on-one and couples training experience. I’m experienced, energetic and excited about what I do and what you can achieve.

Welcome to my Online Video Trainer.  Just like my face to face sessions, every exercise and workout is tailored for you, your fitness level and your goals. Designed to be done on your schedule and in the privacy of your home with minimal equipment. My Online Video Training is a fraction of the cost of my already low Personal Training fees. Together we’ll design your workout videos for your 2-3 workouts a week and your cardio days in between. You’ll tell me what equipment you have and I’ll set you up. Remember it’s on your schedule and at your home or gym. What can be easier

Nutrition, around the clock guidance, homework, and a personally tailored game plan toward YOUR specific goals. Your program will use the same techniques used by Hollywood celebs to get you into top shape in record time. This is real personal training, not some random gym trainer giving you some cookie cutter program.

To meet these goals.Your fitness program will be specially tailored to you and will incorporates all aspects of whole body fitness, including dynamic flexibility, weight training, cardio, strength training, Pilates and high intense abs and core movements and more.

Your tailored programs 

Will help you burn more calories, tone more muscle groups, and melt away more inches–more efficiently than traditional exercise programs. How? When you alternate exercises between the upper and lower body, your heart and lungs have to work harder to send blood through to these major muscle groups at opposite ends of the body – burning more calories than you would with weight lifting or aerobics alone.
